Job Description
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual home loan sales targets by effectively managing the DSA channel.
- Ensure that DSAs meet their targets by providing them with necessary support and resources.
- Recruit and onboard new DSA partners to expand the sales network.
- Conduct training sessions to onboard and continuously educate DSA agents about home loan products, processes, and compliance standards.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with DSA agents to encourage consistent business.
- Regularly engage with DSAs to understand their challenges, provide solutions, and ensure smooth processing of home loan applications.
- Collaborate with DSAs to generate leads and drive conversions of prospects into home loan customers.
- Monitor the DSA agents' lead generation efforts, ensure quality control, and help close high-value deals.
- Analyze the performance of DSAs in the region and provide guidance to improve sales outcomes.
- Implement strategies to boost market penetration for home loans and identify opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- 5 years of experience in sales in home loans or financial services. Prior experience with managing team and working with DSA agents is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong sales skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, especially in financial products like home loans.
- Experience in managing and motivating DSA agents or channel partners.
- Deep understanding of home loan products, processes, documentation, and industry regulations.
